Process Operators for Technology-Intensive Production in Laholm!

Do you have experience in industrial work and want to take the next step in a role where you get to work with both technology, precision, and pace? At TopWork, we are now looking for process operators for one of our client's modern production facilities in Laholm.

About the Position

As a process operator, you will be an important part of the manufacturing chain. You will work in a technology-driven environment where production, quality, and safety are the focus. The work involves both monitoring and controlling production processes as well as practical tasks in production. You will work in shifts, with 5-shift schedules possible.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience from industry or a similar environment
• Is technically interested and has a good sense of quality
• Enjoys physical work and takes responsibility for what you do
• Has good computer skills and preferably a forklift license (meritorious)

As a person, you are solution-oriented, meticulous, and have an easy time collaborating with others. You are used to taking your own initiatives and enjoy working in a structured manner, even in a fast-paced environment.
